When it comes to make up Eye liner plays a big role IMO. It was probably 3 or 4 years a go when my friend suggested that maybe we should try using it although we had no experience what so ever. basically from the first day i practiced with liquid eyeliner and now i like to think i'm pretty good at it ;D
I just wanna tell u to not be afraid of using it, u may not succeed the first few times but after awhile u'll get it right !
What i like about it is that you can draw the line in so many ways and it really does affect how u look. So yeah ladies !!! keep practicing ^^
